Our theme this year is: IDEK

This year’s grad show examines the cohort’s consciousness of our own myths; partly satire, partly self-portrait. The exhibition reflects on the conventions embedded within the discipline, and the identities that emerge through working within and against them.

Behind each model and drawing are individuals shaped by distinct motivations, hyperfixations, and perhaps even uncertainties. It becomes almost an indexical representation of the “self” - a reflection of our beliefs, values and worldviews at this singular point in our lives.

Perhaps what these projects reveal are not resolved answers, but the ways we choose to see, question, and situate ourselves within the world.
