This piece examines creative exhaustion, unrealistic expectations, and exploitation/suffocating artistic working environments as a performative act. The video documentation of the in-person experience examines the artist’s own lack of inspiration, returning to a fine arts framework after relentless work in industry, as a reflexive process. Built with MadMapper,TouchOSC, and Unity

Empathy, outrage, and the internet.  “Another Empathy Machine” shares its thoughts on human systems.  This interactive, online experience uses machine learning, computer vision, and human data; a webcam is necessary but no personal data is collected or stored.

In collaboration with dancer Paul Lee, this video documents ongoing research of embodying sounds through movement. We examine ways in which physical gestures and immersion can be used to strengthen and reassert the connection between mind and body to develop meaning, expression, empathy and communication.

However, while protecting human lives, humans are putting the animal lives at risk. Human wastes are one of the reasons for animal death. Sperm whales often mistake garbage for their favorite food, squid, and eat it. There is no end to the protection items against viruses. How can we protect ourselves while taking care of our whales?
