dreaming futures

dreaming futures showcases work by students enrolled in the fall 2023 Senior Studio, New Media Art course in the College of Visual Art and Design at the University of North Texas.

Divided into 6 spaces, dreaming futures is an exploration of embodied imagination, attention based capitalism, and collective dreaming. Using emerging technologies like 3D geometric scanning, Unity, and artificial intelligence (AI), works expand on world-building to question the role of dreaming for future identities and vulnerable communities.
