Artist Bio
Monrae May was born in May 1997. She didn't come from an area familiar with art, but her passion for art began as a photographer. She started working as a portrait photographer and became particularly interested in storytelling photography and conceptual photography. At the Perifovea art exhibition held in January of 2023, she exhibited her first video art called βTwal Naung Yit
Phwe.' Her goal is to explore various media in order to make a more long-term art in the future.
