Her-Story, the story of Gaia. All of creation's story is woven into our womb, found in the crevices of our human being. If we slow down and listen, the third door to intuition and endless knowledge will open and a cosmic wisdom from the ancient future is revealed. Come into Gaia Temple, a historical chapel on the shores of Hawaii, and listen to the song of land. Discover the ancient wisdom encoded within your body and activate your voice to be a carrier of her story- the story of the Earth. Marly Benedicto is the founder of Gaia Temple (508c1a), and creator of Her-Story. Gaia Temple is an artist collective of visionaries from around the world who are focusing their creative skills to bring attention to the earth, environmentalism and land based community development. Her-Story is a collaborative art piece in progress, meaning that if you are inspired to build upon the sutures of what you've experienced here today reach out to hello@gaiatemple.org and let's play!

Dream Trees are a response to a liminal time in history. Mariette documents her surroundings and then brings them into conversation with software. The result is a very personal experience turned outward. Without context sounds and items are mixed. In some instances "like" items are combined together, as is the case of the blossoming tree. From stills to videos they form one tree in the height of its springtime flower, but they come from many different parts. Through this collapsing of space and time, the archetypes of nature become new. My work is a series of mirrors. Everything we touch, and everywhere we go reflect some part of our own self. In an age when camera technology has changed so much, the self and the mirror seem to become less tangible. Nature becomes the refuge and the point of interrogation. There is no greater mirror than the environment and even that can not be understood the same way with the rapid changes in our technology. Our world is a reliable dream but perhaps no more than that. To treat it as such is to open ourselves to the poetry of our planet and our moment in history.

The 1:44 Inter-dimensional Space Time Portal is a virtual recreation of the installation being built for Burning Man 2022. It consists of a 12 stepped pyramid the same angle as the Chichen Itza pyramid, that can be both entered within and climbed upon, surrounded by two arches aligned North-South and East -West, sitting atop a ring. This design is the original geometric pattern of that magical space within our hearts where we are able to access the cycles and circles of all timelines and dimensions.

Brainbow Earth. “I live on Earth at present, and I don’t know what I am. I know that I am not a category. I am not a thing — a noun. I seem to be a verb, an evolutionary process – an integral function of the universe.” R. Buckminster Fuller. Price $17
"Nayaringo" is a meditational tonic from the mycelium, flora, and fauna kingdom for the times we are facing. The techniques, melodies, and artwork developed here within the ritual of our art practice are born from a common foundation; to serve a meaningful and reverent reconnection to the Earth beneath our feet. The process involves exploring the deep and mysterious ecological stories embedded in the land, catching inspiration and codes from our net in the form of animated photographs and music. With one story so dominant in our world today, this piece evokes to remember all the other stories the Cosmos wants to engage us in and the more-than-human aspects of the Earth realm that are communicating and animating themselves through us in every moment. Earth Guardian “The Earth Guardian is witness to the flowering and flourishing of humanity awakening to its role as conscious stewards of the earth. Rainbow weavings recognize the spectrum of existence as we gather again around the round blanket to share our gifts and stories. This prayer is seen and in motion. An abstract representation of a single thought floating in the Noosphere. In many Indigenous cultures on Turtle Island, the color red represents Peace as it is the color we all carry inside us. This visible single thought carries with it the idea that our commonalities in being human is the premise of dignity for all. Dignity does not exist in a vacuum. When all are fed, then the collective overcomes its participation in scarcity. Let this thought expand and never contract, let it seed into your awareness. That the destiny of our collective species is not only to yearn for dignity for all but to achieve its full expression. Through the infrastructure of our interdependence as a conduit and the clarity of compassion made visible through our lives, may our communities fully embody wholeness in their stewardship of seeds and lineages of culinary heritage as more and more people have all needs met. As more and more people are nourished with abundance and care. Price $27
The Silver Entity lives in a liminal post planetary space. It's a creature that breathes and makes its surrounding environment breath with it - giving as well as taking life with its mesmerizing dance. Price $200
MAYAHUEL Agave Aureole is a sculpture built for people to stand inside and experience a glimpse of their own divine radiance. The gold-metal-leaf forms built with agave leaves are inspired by the imagery of radiant spikes around the Virgin of Guadalupe and the radiant fire depicted with the Hindu Goddess Kali. An Aureole is a circle of light or brightness surrounding something, especially as depicted in art around the head or body of a person represented as holy. Aureole is from Old French, from Latin Aureola (corona) ‘golden (crown)’, feminine of Aureolus (from Aurum ‘gold’). *This is the very first NFT in the Agave Aureole series with more NFT photos coming soon! Price $111
Pareidolia: Mother and Child is an evocation of the unfaltering invitation to return to alignment with the Divine Feminine. May She continue to draw us in, and each drawing of Her be a record of our movement closer to Her. Price $222
The Digital collage art by Gunel Eva, "Nature loves Courage." is created to remind us of a delicate relationship between self and the world. It is all interconnected and reciprocal. As we work to heal the Earth, the Earth heals us. Collages are created using vintage photographs and magazine pages combined with digital art. The process begins with collecting and testing several combinations until a story reveals itself. Price $200
This single work reflects women through the ages. While her stark eyes shriek from the pain they have endured for millenniums, the hands hint at many aspects of life they hid in shame from time to time. But the sheer beauty of the naked body boldly displays the truth of how women have come of age today. Engulfed into the turbulence of evolution and despite the pain they endured for centuries, women today, are beginning to experience a sense of lasting new peace. They have choices. They have begun to enjoy their own inner strength, independence, and genetic make-up. In their deep belief in themselves lies the new foundation of a futuristic, happy, equitable, and sustainable life. Price $250
Primordial Water Sings This visceral video will stir your soul, awaken your primeval instincts and ground you by the beat of the boiling earth. This art work will effect your own energy in a grounding and lush way. This primordial ode to the Icelandic thermal waters bubbling up from the earth play with the transporting music of Amanda Gregory. The sound of mud boiling with water is felt in our own bodies, balancing our physical and psychic realms, tuning us to the earth. Water is the source of all life. We evolved from the sea. The saline content of the water in us is in the same ratio as that of the sea. Without water we cannot live nor plants or animals that sustain us thrive. Without water there is no life on the planet. Iceland is an anomaly in the abundance of this underground thermal water. It runs the electricity so cheaply and completely that even in winter, swimming pools abound in each town and sidewalks are heated. People leave their windows open as the radiators keep them warm. Because of its abundance, the Icelandic people know that water is medicine. They are held in the fortune and terrors of water, surrounded by the ocean and its winds, with plentiful waterfalls, the largest in Europe, its many rivers and rain, glaciers, icebergs and snow, and its gift of volcanic thermal hot springs. This NFT is in keeping with the SDG #2’s goal for zero hunger and the Design Science Studio’s theme of ART inspiring a regenerative future that works for 100% of life. Water is the first food. All food depends on water. Water creates all life. The profits from this piece go to support A Movement in Water™, the first traveling museum dedicated to discovering and experiencing water as the translation of frequencies into matter. This public art installation, innovative in art, architecture, technology, education, and science, will make a difference regarding our most precious resource. Chosen by the Buckminster Fuller Institute’s Design Science Studio, an art incubator, the project would be thrilled to add you to our list of supporters. The project is in collaboration with the Hydration Foundation and its founder Gina Bria, dedicated to transforming agriculture and food security through the new science of water. (www.hydrationfoundation.org) Our museum will educate us all on how water can transform us and our planet. The video was made by Maxi Cohen (www.maxicohenstudio.com), artist and filmmaker, whose vision sourced A Movement in Water™. The music was created by Amanda Gregory (www.amandagregory.com). The NFT comes with a copy of Gina Bria’s book Quench: Your Five Day Plan to Optimal Hydration and a personal consultation with her to optimize your own hydration and health. This NFT is an inspiring regenerative vision of “Mother Earth’s Renewal for All Life”. Created by a brown immigrant woman eco-artist, the central figure in this moving animation is “Bhumi” meaning “Earth Goddess” in Sanskrit. She embodies diverse planetary life forms, humanity, eco-systems encompassing earth, fire, space, wind, and water. The halo around her represents the circle of life. Soundscape of birds and Earth’s heartbeat envelops this creation. In a burning world amidst intersectional ecological, racial, public health reckonings, our task as artists is to re-member what has been dis-membered in our world and us. By courageously reimagining our sacred connection with Bhumi, we can restore our fragmentation to a state of wholeness. Price $250

"Earth Mother, you who are called by a thousand names. The intention of this artwork is to inspire the imagination - coming up with creative applications for design, art and architecture that also benefit our planet. Raft Culture is a prototype design for a floating garden that works for 100% of all life while bringing a purification energy to troubled urban waterways. Built with recycle plastic materials and reclaimed wood, the raft creates space for native water plants, mussels, and humans to grow. Raft culture is a method of growing mussels using a floating platform with rope hanging from the bottom that collect spat and allow mussels to go through a growing cycle. These marine bivalves remove excess nutrients including nitrogen from the water. In large quantities this could make significant improvements to water quality in urban areas. Planting native plants also improves the water quality while attracting and promoting even more wildlife. Plus, humans can enjoy relaxing on these rafts with the promise of a cleaner future. A mental model is what a person believes about experience and reality. In user experience design, a mental model is what the user believes about the system at hand. Mental models are in flux exactly because they’re embedded in a brain rather than fixed in an external medium. Additional experience with the system can obviously change the model, but users might also update their mental models based on stimuli from elsewhere, such as talking to other users or even applying lessons from other systems. How, then, can we begin to map the human experience? How we can design mental habits, social systems, and physical environments for resilience and symbiosis with the living processes and ecology that are the foundation of our biological support systems? To better understand our materials as experience designers, we need more holistic mental models of the human experience, as a way to understand what we are designing for. https://socialarc.com/models/ DoinGud17SDG, DSS, Design Science Studio, BFI, GrayArea, ZeroHunger, 17SDGs, poster, entropy, DesignThinking, symbiosis, ecology, Systems Thinking, Experience Design Price $125
“Nakili”, part of a larger series of augmented reality installations called “Kai-Hai”, draws inspiration from the living deity Hina 'opuhala ko'a (“Hina of the Coral Reef/Stomach”), goddess of corals and spiny creatures in the ocean. On Nakili’s body are corals and marine creatures found on the coasts of the Hawaiian islands of which support vast amounts of life. Nakili merges corals with a human-like figure to remind us of our interconnection to all living creatures in the ocean. Included is a rendering of Nakili, with some coral forms bleached white on her body, visualizing how many corals near the coasts of the Hawaiian islands are now bleaching due to ocean temperature and acidity rise due to climate change. Over the past few years, I have curated some unique and powerful ways to share my gifts and skills, use my voice and help heal and inspire others in the ways that I can. Several years ago, while working and living at Omega (yoga and healing retreat center) in NY, I created and began offering Meditative art sessions. After moving the Portland, Oregon, I begin offering this practice at yoga studios, community centers, schools, and various healing spaces. This offering inspired me to co-author and self-publish my first Meditative Arts coloring book called “Journey Into Heart” with my partner Nikki Daskal. Nik, is my life partner and also an inspiring, multi-talented mixed-media artist, a healer and overall radiant being. “Journey Into Heart” is a beautiful weaving of artwork, poetry and guided meditations focused on Self Love. It is also the first of a series of Meditative Arts coloring and workbooks series we are co-creating. The second book in the series is centered on self-care practices for activists and the third book is focused on our healing connection to nature and all beings. In addition to creating this series, I am also creating more Artivism (Art + Activism) inspired works of art including public murals, digital art, and immersive art experiences. I hope to inspire sustainable change, foster more education, and conversations on important and sometimes challenging topics. My goal is to do so in a way that is engaging, inspiring, compassionate, thoughtful, and visually memorable.
IntraNurture, meaning to nurture from within, is an INTERACTIVE, INNOVATIVE sculpture that fuses large-scale ART with HEALING TECHNOLOGY. The wings of the enchanting 16’ tall, 42' wide, color-changing eagle creates an inviting embrace to welcome participants toward a healing voyage located within the eagle's body. Just below the eagle's beak is the entrance to the Heart Chamber. This 9' x 9' decorative and intimate space is where participants interact with multisensory (visual, aural, and tactile) immersive, sound, light, and somatic technology that has been calibrated to initiate a communion with "radical self nurturance."
"Art renews people and reveals their life. Vain is the delight of the scenes where it does not aim to prepare the future". A meeting point for artists, singers, musicians, technicians and all show workers that are committed to create a more Just and Sustainable world. Here you’ll find resources and inspirations, you’ll be able to contribute to the database and you’ll be part of a network of people that want to co-create more efficient, sustainable and equal projects in theatre, festivals and opera. Let ART be the catalyst of change! (The sentence above is the english translation of epigraph engraved on the Teatro Massimo facade, in Palermo).

How can we all be a part of making outdoor spaces more diverse, inclusive and safer for all beings? 💜 Are you aware that far too often black, BIPOC and LBGTQ+ humans are excluded, made to feel unwelcome and at times even made to fear for their personal safety in public outdoor spaces? Have you ever left your campsite in the middle of the night because you were threatened in some way? These outdoor spaces are for us ALL. 💜 Let’s shine light on some of these issues and together co-create positive change in a sustainable way.💜 How can you help? ✨Have more open conversations about these topics to help bring more awareness. ✨Be an ally on the trail and help make others feel welcome. ✨Offer support if you are able to do so in a way that feels safe and accessible to you in that moment. 🌈💜Let’s all visualize this more inclusive reality that we want to co-create.
Our eyes are conditioned to see objects in front of us, a visible reflection of the spectrum of light. With an open heart and mind we have the ability to view an inner reality not normally visible. Through these lense, we gain awareness of how our brains let us see what we want to see - a projection of our limited ideas and opinions. Far too often, our prejudices and distorted view of reality prevents us from seeing UNITY. Drishti is TRUE SIGHT. The ability to see not only the areas of pain and suffering, but more importantly the divinity and deeply rooted connection we share with nature and with each other. The Veil is thin and we are all seeing a more undiluted reality that exists. My hope is that this dropping of the veil is an opportunity to deepen our connection with the Earth and with each other in an authentic way. This path will not be easy, and will take great work from us all. I have hope and committed so showing up and shining light in the areas that I can. It takes courage to face your shadows, use your VOICE and to allow yourself to SHINE bright. TOGETHER we we have the strength and ability to move mountains. My hope is to spread a vibration of UNITY.
As a queer and BIPOC human, I deeply feel the impact of a lack of diversity and acceptance in nature. Representation matters and I hope that our documentary as well as this article can help shed light on these important areas. Nature does not discriminate and is an incredible gift for all beings. Thank you so much @msr_gear for the opportunity to share my story and thoughts on why inclusivity in nature is so important. I had the amazing opportunity to train to summit Mt Hood with my amazing cast mates from @whosontopdoc and to share my story and my experience. 💜💚💙 There is a song your soul yearns to sing, in deep reverence of your spirit. Our throat is the bridge between our heart and our head, a portal of expression that echoes from the deepest core and chambers of who we are. A long time ago my voice met with trauma, it became more quiet and eventually silenced. Silence is not the answer, and it pained my heart and spirit to dwell there. With the strength of my ancestors and the love 💕 inside me that fiercely sings for those who cannot....my silence has been shattered and broken. Cracked wide open creating space for my heart and voice to SING! My life is a gift and part of my path is to share and shine light into the crevices and dark spaces. This is a courageous act of love that I am compelled to share in hopes of helping others find the strength to find and use their true voice. We are in a time of heightened and global awareness of the shadows and ugliness that plaques our society...a blatant and obvious personification of the disregard and disrespect that we have experienced for far too long. My hope is that this heightened awareness is met with radical acts of love and systemic change. I will not be silenced and will sing vibrations of love, understanding and connection.
Augmented reality will transform Pershing Square Park from the sun-baked hardscape standing today, into a flourishing oasis. Virtual objects created in 3D will be overlaid onto the real-world and visible through any ordinary AR-enabled phone. AR Experiences will be installed throughout the park that moves the visitor from the present-day/impending inevitability of a lifeless, concrete desert to a regenerative garden of lush creation and rebirth. Additional exhibits will educate about the water crisis, including facts about LA's water sources, the devastating impact on ecosystems when water is diverted from its natural flow, revolutionary water technologies, and actions everyday citizens can collectively take to make a significant impact. It is designed to empower and inform, engender empathy, and inspire collective action towards a sustainable water future.
