About Exhibition:
We explore expressionism throughout the eyes of the founder Mrs Nike Okundaye. Our exhibition will showcase solely her artwork and paintings, as well as a trip down the memory lane to share her experience in preserving the teachings of Adirè across Nigeria and the world. We will offer different mediums to immerse our visitors into her life (gallery exhibition, textile workshops, pavilion set ups) in order to display the transformations needed for our society to rise in a system that is constantly suppressing their progress.

About Gallery:
Hëritaj is an architectural, design, branding and retail management firm. We create value by finding ethically sourced solutions across the art, architecture and lifestyle value chain. Our development process translates into a wide variety of possible downstream applications and media: be it architecture, product design, interior architecture, structural branding, textile production, or even the weaving of diverse disciplines into a single project. 

In this matter we have partnered with Nike’s Art Gallery and Workshops -Abuja on a 5 years timeline to manage and develop their 40 hectares land. Located in Lugbe, (next to shoprite) the land currently host an Art gallery, a textile workshop, and 40 uncompleted rooms. We would therefore like to use the opportunity of the art week to introduce to the public the new programs and exhibitions our company is curating at Nike’s Art Gallery Abuja.
